Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Super Vogue. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make your post-purchase experience smooth. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Replacements

We offer replacements only (no refunds) in the following cases:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Damaged or defective products

Eligibility:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

2. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, please email us at support@supervogue.in with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, the replacement will be processed at no extra cost.

3. Non-Eligible Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Requests made after 7 days from delivery

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Refunds

  • We do not offer monetary refunds for regular orders.
  • In rare cases such as an out-of-stock item after payment, a refund may be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds comply with the policies of payment gateways including PhonePe, Razorpay, and Google Play Store.
